Ingredients

  • 1 oz Switchgrass Bourbon

  • 3/4 oz Aperol

  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

  • Champagne to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add Switchgrass Bourbon, Aperol, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice and stir until frosty.

  2. Strain into a wine glass over fresh ice.

  3. Top with champagne and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
