INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Switchgrass Apple Brandy

  • 1 oz Big Heart Tea Company Sunshine Dust syrup

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

  • champagne

DIRECTIONS

  1. Shake Switchgrass Apple Brandy, Sunshine Dust syrup, and orange bitters with ice for about 20 seconds.

  2. Strain into a chilled coupe and top with champagne.

  3. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel.

Big Heart Tea Company Sunshine Dust syrup

Bring 1 cup of honey and 1 cup of water to a boil. Add 1 1/4 tsp Big Heart Tea Company Sunshine Dust and cut the heat. Set aside and allow to cool. Once cool, transfer to a bottle and store in the fridge. Sunshine Dust ingredients will settle, so shake the bottle before pouring.
