INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 oz Switchgrass Bourbon

  • 3/4 oz Aperol

  • 3/4 oz amaro

  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Shake ingredients vigorously with ice for about 20 seconds.

  2. Fine strain into chilled coupe.

  3. Garnish with an origami paper plane or an expressed lemon peel.
