New York Sour

 
 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Switchgrass Bourbon

  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • 1/2 oz red wine

DIRECTIONS

  1. Shake Switchgrass bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice for about 20 seconds.

  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

  3. Float wine by resting the backside of a spoon over the cocktail and slowly streaming the wine over the surface of the spoon so that it cascades into drink, creating a red ring.
