Bring a partner, a lover, a gal or a pal to our Valentine/Galentine's Day Cocktail class for pairs. Each $60 ticket allows for two people to join. In the hour and a half long class you'll tour the distillery and learn classic cocktail techniques. You and your partner will get hands on experience shaking, muddling, and straining as we teach you how to make 2 versions of our whiskey Valentine's Day themed drinks. Switchgrass will provide the tools, booze, and ingredients along with the expert instruction of our favorite bartender, Kate Heart's Cake. Each class is limited to 6 couples and masks will be worn during the class.

Saturday's focus is for Valentine's Day partners; Sunday's classes are designed for Gals and Pals for Galentine's Day.
