Bourbon mimosa

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz honey simple syrup (equal parts honey and water)

  • 1/2 oz grapefruit juice

  • 1 oz Switchgrass Bourbon

  • 5-6 large mint leaves

  • 2 oz sparkling rosé

directions

  1. Shake all ingredients except sparkling rosé with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.

  3. Top with sparkling rosé and garnish with a mint leaf.
