Bottled-in-bond Bourbon

Switchgrass is beyond proud to add this new category of whiskey to our family of spirits. This 100 proof spirit was sweet mashed, batched distilled, and follows the grain bill we normally use for our popular bourbon with 63% corn, 25% wheat, and 12% malted barley. Aged for at least four years in Missouri white oak, the extended contact of the barrel creates a nose of citrus and vanilla along with our traditional tasting notes of warm citrus, honey, and cornbread. Enjoy this smooth sipper straight or use it to elevate your favorite cocktail.

Each bottle meets the 1897 Congressional regulation for Bottled-In-Bond spirits and has an individually numbered strap reminiscent of the traditional designs originally used to signify this designation.
