Ingredients

  • 2 oz Switchgrass Copperhead Rock & Rye

  • 1 oz amaro

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.

  2. Stir with ice for about 20 seconds.

  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or onto fresh ice in a rocks glass.

  4. Garnish with a fig.
