Limited Release: 2025 American SinGLE MALT

We conceived of this annual release several years ago when we decided to experiment with malted barley. Our 2025 American Single Malt release exemplifies our connection to the traditions of craft beer brewing. We are presenting an ingredient-forward whiskey in a style different from mainstream spirits.

Using traditional beer brewing malts, we created a high proof American Single Malt with notes of black currant, clove, and cream soda complimented by warm vanilla resulting from aging four years in Missouri white oak barrels. Since our start, we have experimented with a variety of malted barleys and enjoy releasing a unique and limited American Single Malt each year.
