Limited Release: 2022 American SinGLE MALT

We conceived of this release several years ago when we decided to experiment with malted barley. 2022 American Single Malt exemplifies our connection to the traditions of craft beer brewing. We are presenting an ingredient-forward whiskey in a style different from mainstream spirits.

Using traditional beer brewing malts, we created an American Single Malt with notes of tart cherry, chocolate, and fresh bread complimented by warm vanilla resulting from aging two years in Missouri white oak barrels. Since our start, we have experimented with a variety of malted barleys and hope to release a unique and limited American Single Malt each year.
